~ Students should learn to set realistic goals and time allocation. Parents should guide children in this aspect and help them avoid addictive behaviour.

~ Difference in character, interests and habits between boys and girls should be catered in programs on time management. Introducing study motivations, studying skills and inspiring a better future may also help.
