~ 87% of the respondents notices that Legislative Council makes Hong Kong’s law.

~ 68% of the respondents think that law concerning environmental protection, intellectual property rights (57%), maintaining independence of HKSAR (42%) and human rights/freedom (42%) should be improved.

~ The average age that the respondents think people should hold responsible for criminal acts/behaviour is 15.3.

~ Hacking and creating and disseminating virus (散播電腦病毒) are believed to be the most serious Internet crimes.

~ For other crimes like selling counterfeit VCD/DVD/CD and/or computer software, being made to do voluntary work (31%) and detained in custody (拘留或監禁) (24%) are considered to be the ways to punish such.

~ Mixed reviews are expressed for the laws banning soccer betting (55/45 reasonable/unreasonable), right of abode for Hong Kong permanent residents’ children (53/47 reasonable/unreasonable) and restricting of public demonstration (41/59 reasonable/unreasonable).

~ A vast majority of respondents voice that there should be a law against racial discrimination but euthanasia (安樂死) should be allowed (74%). Prostitution (娼妓) should not be allowed in some parts/areas in Hong Kong (78%).

~ Almost all respondents (96%) mention that marijuana (大麻) should not be legalized in Hong Kong.
